Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with prior exposure to the Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end recruitment experience and a solid understanding of technical hiring within semiconductor/manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Handle IT and technical roles within the Semiconductor domain
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
Build strong talent pipelines for niche semiconductor skills
