Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner in line with clients' expectation.
• Responsible for Internet/passive search, sourcing, pre-screening, validation of candidate and negotiations.
• Responsible in conducting selection and recruitment process which involves pre-screen and assess applicants in matching candidate competencies against clients' requirement.
• Responsible to gather detailed information for the job assignment in order to facilitate effective recruitment drive.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
• At least 2-3 years of full-cycle of recruiting experience or equivalent
• Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
