Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
• At least 1 year experience in volume or field recruitment
• Proven ability to meet daily/weekly hiring targets
• Willing to do field work and mass hiring activities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work under pressure and handle fast-paced hiring demands
• Willing to work on a 2-month project-based contract only
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
