Job Description

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone and in-person)
• Match candidate profiles with client job requirements
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various positions

Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and timelines
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients when required

Documentation & Compliance

• Collect and verify candidate documents (IDs, resumes, certificates, clearances, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and agency policies
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files
