Role Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, and building strong talent pipelines. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Qualifications
Strong experience and skills in presenting, conducting interviews, and facilitating the recruitment process.
Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and maintaining candidate databases.
Knowledge of human resources, workforce planning, and employment regulations is beneficial.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with various stakeholders to meet talent acquisition goals effectively.
