Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Recruiter
to support full-cycle recruiting for business-critical roles. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand complex role requirements, and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid 3 days office and based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with working hours aligned to the CST (USA) time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the
  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  , from intake meetings and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective
