Job Description

- Recruit labor staff (kitchen, RA & PA, cleaning staff) through online and offline channels
- Conduct on-site recruitment and employee orientation
- Collect, verify, and submit application documents to HQ
- Distribute uniforms and related work forms
- Coordinate with operations teams and report recruitment status
- Screen candidates and negotiate with staff as needed
- Knowledge of migrant workers, especially Burmese, is an advantage

Requirement

- Minimum 2 years experience recruiting labor staff (housekeeping, kitchen, hotel staff)
- Skilled in candidate screening and hiring processes
- Proficient in social media (especially Facebook) and Microsoft Office
- Able to travel daily for recruitment
