In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s growth, identifying and attracting top talent across Marketing, Creative, and Operations. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on Marketing and Operational positions.
• Active Sourcing: Hunt for top-tier talent using social media, specialized platforms, and creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline.
