Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates in Mexico and the United States using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies
• Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls primarily in English, with Spanish as needed for Mexico‑based candidates
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate, technical, and professional roles across multiple locations
• Partner closely with Restaurant365 recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
