Job Title: Recruiter – Home Care

The Recruiter – Home Care leads the full-cycle recruitment of caregivers (Companions, HHAs, CNAs, PCAs) for US clients. This role ensures a steady pipeline of qualified caregivers to support growth and maintain high-quality patient care. Candidates should have proven US recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior care, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and proficiency with recruitment platforms and office tools. English fluency (spoken and written) is required.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for caregiver roles across the US, from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Create and post job ads on platforms such as Indeed, job boards, social media, and referral networks.
