Recruiter – National

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter based in Pakistan who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both local (Pakistan) and international markets. This role requires strong execution skills, proactive sourcing, and the ability to close positions across technical and non-technical roles.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to support hiring for engineering, design, sales, marketing, QA, and operations roles, including remote and international positions requiring strong communication and time zone alignment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job intake, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closures
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously for Pakistan and international clients
• Ensure timely hiring while maintaining candidate quality
