We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter from a Hospitality background with proven experience in hotel-level hiring. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting for various hotel departments and a strong understanding of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Sales, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, references, and hospitality networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Schedule interviews and follow up until position closure
Maintain recruitment database and prepare hiring reports
