Job description:
CallFlow Marketing is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage large-scale hiring of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Verifiers.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee mass hiring campaigns for CSRs and Verifiers.
Develop recruitment strategies to support rapid team expansion.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently.
Ensure hiring targets are met within defined timelines.
Maintain quality standards while scaling recruitment operations.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of ACA (Affordable Care Act) and Medicare campaigns.
Prior experience in CSR or Verifier roles is highly preferred.
Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
