We are seeking a high-volume
Recruiter
to source and onboard top-tier agents for our US-based outbound campaigns. You will be responsible for finding Sales-minded talent with exceptional English fluency.

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk Sourcing:
  Efficiently filter through high volumes of resumes to identify top 5% talent.
• Voice Vetting:
  Conduct strict Ear-checks to ensure candidates meet US market accent and communication standards.
• End-to-End Hiring:
  Manage the pipeline from initial screening to Day 1 onboarding.
• Target Achievement:
  Consistently hit weekly hiring targets for international voice campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience:
  2+ years in
  International BPO/Voice Process
  recruitment.
• Communication:
  Exceptional English (must be able to assess others' fluency).
