The impact you’ll make
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support Lam Research Malaysia’s growth. This is a fixed‑term (12‑month) contract position. You will develop and administer recruiting programs, partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, and determine the best sourcing strategies. Your efforts will promote Lam’s employer brand, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
