As a Recruiter specializing in executive-level hires, you will play an integral role in attracting, engaging and securing new Oliver Wyman Partners to fuel the growth of our Asia Pacific team.
What We Will Count On You To Do
Manage the end-to-end Partner recruitment process, including interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding facilitation
Manage a high-touch candidate recruiting process, ensuring excellent engagement and best-in-class experience
Devise sourcing strategies with stakeholders, building a deep understanding of Oliver Wyman's business and role requirements
Implement a variety of direct sourcing approaches and techniques to help identify and attract target talent, driving candidates into the pipeline and active hiring processes
Conduct comprehensive market mapping and research to enhance industry insights and help build a robust talent pipeline
