Responsibilities:

• Manage and post job openings to various recruitment platforms and sources.
• Source and screen qualified applicants for all projects, ensuring requirements and qualifications are met.
• Continuously source and pool applicants.
• Monitor and track applicants prior to endorsement to Cluster Coordinators or HR Recruitment Supervisor.
• Leverage various sourcing channels (social media, job boards, professional networks) to attract qualified candidates.
• Recruit candidates to ensure alignment with company standards and culture (job posting, paper screen, interview, and endorsement).
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand evolving needs and priorities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements and skill sets needed.
• Serve as a liaison between the recruitment and operations teams, facilitating communication and coordination.
