The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in BPO/RPO or offshore staffing environments , understands US client expectations, and thrives in high-volume, quality-driven recruitment . This is a fully remote role supporting SmartScale360’s growing client base across the United States.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to endorsement and onboarding of remote Philippine-based candidates.
