Recruiter (Sales Background)

Koscom Cable Inc is an authorized contractor for the largest telecommunication companies across the USA, including Comcast, Spectrum, COX, RCN, Mediacom & others.

We are expanding our team and looking for a goal-driven Recruiter with a Sales background who thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding)

• Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit

• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of technicians across multiple states
