About the Role

We are looking for a Semiconductor Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience to support hiring within the semiconductor industry. This role will start remotely, with the expectation to transition onsite in Penang in the future. The ideal candidate has experience handling technical roles and managing volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor-related roles (engineering, manufacturing, operations, and support functions).
• Handle volume hiring requirements while maintaining quality of hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce needs.
