What you'll be doing:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations functions such as Customer Experience and Logistics Operations, from talent sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations, with a focus on the Singapore and Malaysia talent markets
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and execute focused hiring plans against business timelines.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality marketing and growth talent using diverse sourcing channels and direct outreach.
