About the role

ELEVATE' is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Singapore. This is a part-time role, based in our offices in the Singapore River Central Region. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent for our diverse range of clients across various industries.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates to build a strong pipeline
• Conducting thorough candidate screening, interviewing and assessment to ensure the best fit for our clients
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Utilising creative sourcing strategies to find passive candidates and hard-to-reach talent
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
