Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across a variety of roles, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and client-based positions
• Develop job descriptions and source candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate with clients to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and support new hires as needed
