We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating successful placements. You'll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
