Position Summary

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for recruiting all positions within the assigned business unit, including supervisory/management roles in Shipboard Operations. The role reports directly to the Director, Shipboard Recruiting and operates from the Mexico City office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for internally and externally recruiting all positions within the assigned business unit, up to and including Leadership/Manager level roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to review and understand forecasted talent needs and respond to just‑in‑time requests.
• Manage sourcing tactics to proactively develop talent pools aligned with business needs.
• Actively source passive candidates using sourcing tools, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and cold‑calling techniques.
• Maintain recruitment SOPs, documentation, and system updates in real time.
