About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely as needed.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to identify the best fit for our open positions
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
• Maintain an organised applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and practices
