Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidates effectively.

Requirements

• Experience hiring U.S. healthcare professionals (USRNs, Travel Nurses, Community Nurses, etc.)
• Strong background in full-cycle recruitment
• Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, healthcare databases)
• Knowledge of U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance
• Can work in a metrics-driven RPO environment
