Job Description

Position Title: Recruiter

Location: Bryan, TX

Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $60,$65, / year DOE

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday Onsite

Description:
Meeting with senior management to understand the job requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
Source, recruit, interview, recommend qualified candidates to the hiring managers, and schedule interviews with selected candidates.
Ability to negotiate with candidates, hiring managers, and placement agencies, while adhering to company guidelines.
Check candidate’s references and credentials to verify experience and background.
Determine alternative recruitment strategy for challenging searches, including utilizing external placement agencies.
