Full-time, Work-From-Home
Salary: PHP 40,000 to 50,000 (starting salary, based on experience)

Job Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities, including identifying, negotiating with, and submitting qualified candidates for open positions. This role requires a strong understanding of the business, the business plan, and how recruiting efforts directly support the company's overall goals and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting

• Manage assigned job orders from intake through placement
• Partner with account managers and team leads to improve submittal-to-win ratios
• Strive to increase profit/loss per hire
• Meet sales, submittal, and placement goals established during quarterly reviews
• Identify and source qualified candidates through internal databases, social media, and job boards
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates
