We are looking for energetic and results-driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Pune. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements, including Contract, Full-Time, C2C, and W2 positions. Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract and Full-Time roles across C2C and W2 hiring models.
• Work on C2C requirements from implementation partners and direct clients.
• Source, screen, and submit candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, and vendor networks.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants for C2C submissions and closures.
• Understand and negotiate rates, margins, and payment terms with vendors and consultants.
