Recruiter - €70 per hour - 9 month contract - Utrecht, Netherlands

I am working with a government organization in Utrecht who are looking for a Medior recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate must have an HBO and experience of working for a government institution who has demonstrable experience of working with various stakeholders within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Advertising and writing recruitment and inclusive vacancy texts, advertising using the right recruitment channels.
  • You will be given freedom to make the role your own, thinking about the strategy and approach for the longer term.
  • Plan intake calls with the vacancy holders at short notice.
  • Draw up promotional text in collaboration with copywriters.
  • Use various recruitment channels.
  • Filter the initial candidates
