Recruiter VA – Travel Nursing Experience Required

Acquire Medstaff, a US-based company, is hiring a Recruiter VA with hands-on Travel Nursing recruitment experience. This role is not entry level. We are looking for someone who already understands the travel nurse lifecycle and can contribute immediately.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage travel nurses with capabilities to work on permanent hire healthcare professionals (non-travel nursing)
• Conduct initial screening and candidate follow-up
• Coordinate with recruiters and internal systems
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clinicians

• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
