You will lead full‑cycle recruitment across both high‑volume craft and salaried roles, with a strong focus on proactively identifying, engaging, attracting and converting top talent to hires within a highly competitive labour market. This role requires building talent pipelines ahead of demand, uncovering high‑potential talent, and working closely with Business HR and hiring leaders to understand workforce priorities and develop targeted hiring plans.
