Are you ready for the next step within recruitment? And do you really want to make an impact on hiring decisions? As our Recruiter, you are responsible for hiring new talent. You have an advisory role towards hiring managers, and you provide them with the right tools to make the best possible hiring decision.

You will:

• Take the lead during the hiring process from candidate touch to onboarding and act as an advisor between our internal organization and the labor market;
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and your direct Manager to identify needs within the business;
• Create an amazing hiring manager - candidate experience;
• Find creative ways to attract candidates in a competitive labor market, including sourcing;
• Offer continuous support with relevant knowledge and information from the market and regular reporting to your stakeholders;
