Recruiter – Volume Hiring

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Recruiter
with experience in
volume hiring
to support our growing talent acquisition needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within the
BPO industry
, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle
  end-to-end recruitment
  for volume hiring requirements
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
• Maintain recruitment data and reports
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
