Your Profile
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated personnel to join our team at all level to continue expanding our Executive Search services. You shall possess a Degree or tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years of working experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment is highly desirable.
The Role
You shall work closely with the Directors and other team members of the division from execution of recruiting strategy and operations, candidate sourcing & acquisition, establishing client relationships to prospecting for jobs and overseeing end-to-end placement process. Our team will provide focused training programme in building up your effective communication, interpersonal and management skills, as well as professional knowledge within the function you are responsible for.
