Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring efforts. This role is responsible for reviewing candidates in Apploi, screening resumes, and contacting applicants to efficiently schedule interviews. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Review incoming applications in Apploi for qualifications and overall fit. Screen resumes against job requirements and hiring criteria. Conduct outbound calls to candidates to assess interest and availability. Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records and notes within the system. Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
