Recruiting Coordinator

We’re hiring a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to support our global hiring efforts and help scale our high‑performing team. You’ll play a critical role in sourcing, scheduling, and managing a smooth candidate experience, while working closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑impact role with significant growth potential. You’ll work onsite in Lahore.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as point‑of‑contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules and changes
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across global time zones
• Support with candidate onboarding, background checks, ATS data accuracy
• Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional experience for every candidate
