Recruiting Coordinator

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Recruiting Operations team in Singapore. In this role, you will be a scheduling and logistics guru responsible for providing a first-class interview experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will join a small team dedicated to overseeing all operational aspects of hiring exceptional candidates, and you will partner closely with our recruiters to manage candidate flow across numerous teams.

The ideal candidate for this role is accustomed to thriving in an extremely fast-paced environment, and is excited by the prospect of building and improving our Recruiting team's workflows.
