Compensation: Base salary capped at 3000 USD/Mo + quarterly variable (OTE $4.8k USD/m).
Nexton is seeking a
Technical Recruiting Manager
to coordinate a squad of recruiters. You'll have to know about the latest trends in programming languages, develop and test ideas, communicate with CTOs and Developers in the Silicon Valley and LATAM startup ecosystems. You'll be responsible for helping, making multiple client deliveries and providing assistance. You will be the one designing the staffing strategy of your team. You'll help drive hiring decisions with impact and ethics. You'll be part of a successful team innovating in the technical recruiting industry with leading best practices and automated processes. You will be reporting to the Recruiting Director.
