Senior Recruiting Specialist – Virtual Assistants | Remote (PST)

Cool Blue VA is a virtual staffing company that places
high-performing virtual assistants
with U.S.-based businesses. We are not looking for a volume recruiter. We are hiring a
senior-level recruiter
who can consistently identify, assess, and deliver top-tier VA talent with minimal oversight.

This role is for you if you can run recruitment end-to-end without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Independently source, screen, and qualify virtual assistant candidates for multiple roles
• Conduct structured interviews and accurately assess skills, communication, and reliability
• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to endorsement
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date candidate pipeline in an ATS
• Partner directly with leadership on hiring needs and priorities
• Move fast without sacrificing candidate quality
