Job Summary:

The Recruiting Supervisor – Backend leads the backend recruitment team, ensuring efficient hiring support operations. This role focuses on team supervision, coaching, data analysis, and execution of action plans to meet hiring targets within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage backend recruitment team performance and daily operations
  • Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and quality
  • Analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights
  • Create and execute action plans to address gaps and improve outcomes
  • Ensure timely processing of candidate requirements and onboarding support
  • Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to meet hiring goals
