JOB SUMMARY:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for newly hired employees. Focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, facilitating pre-employment requirements, and supporting new hires during their transition into the organization.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to job offer.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
