We are currently hiring for a New Zealand–based client operating as a specialist recruitment agency. This role sits at the heart of their delivery team, supporting consultants with candidate sourcing, job advertising, and end-to-end coordination across active roles.

The position focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, managing job postings, and assisting consultants with shortlisting and engagement activities. It suits someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast‑paced recruitment environment with multiple priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage candidate projects and longlists using LinkedIn
• Identify and source candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
• Develop and maintain hot candidate and lead lists
