We are looking for a strategic and people-centric
Recruitment and Training Development Supervisor
to lead our talent acquisition and employee growth initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between finding the right talent and ensuring they have the tools to succeed once they arrive. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle while simultaneously designing and implementing training programs that close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning.
