Job Description
The Recruitment and Training Manager is responsible for building, developing, and sustaining a high-quality talent pipeline for R3source while ensuring that every Virtual Assistant (VA) and Client receives a world-class onboarding and readiness experience. This hybrid role merges recruitment excellence with training execution, ensuring both sides of the R3source partnership—Clients and VAs—start strong and stay aligned.
You will own the full cycle from talent sourcing and selection to onboarding coordination and foundational VA training. You will collaborate closely with HR, Training & QA, and Operations.
