Recruitment Apprentice

Location: Ipswich

At SPS Bus, we are looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to join our Recruitment Team.

This is more than just an apprenticeship — it’s an opportunity to become part of the team helping recruit and onboard drivers supporting the Sizewell C Power Station project.

You’ll gain first‑hand experience within a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment, helping attract, support, and onboard drivers who play a vital role in keeping this major project moving.

With full training, mentoring, and ongoing support, you’ll develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to build a successful long‑term career in recruitment whilst gaining a recognised recruitment qualification.
