Recruitment Assistant

Responsible for providing assistance in the facilitation of the established hiring procedures and activities aligned to the goals and objectives of the Company. The incumbent shall be responsible for sourcing candidates, establishing network with schools and agencies and proper records management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
• Solid years of experience in recruitment planning, recruitment strategy, sourcing, screening, and evaluation.
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written English
• Good knowledge of computer software applications
• Aggressive, ability to work under pressure, ability to communicate in all levels of the organization
• Willing to start immediately

We will entertain walk-in applicants for a face-to-face interview from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM (except weekends and holidays).
