Job Description
- Create and manage E-registration and PEOS accounts for interview-passing candidates without accounts.
- Source candidates from various platforms including databases, social media, etc.
- Edit CVs of interested candidates and design overall recruiting strategy.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates through interviews.
- Promote company reputation and stay updated on recruitment trends.
- Perform job and task analyses, update applicant statuses, and manage documents.
- Provide regular reports, follow up with applicants, and update recruitment databases.
- Selective CV collection and encoding weekly.
- Update the system regularly.
- Weekly application review, shortlisting, and interviews.
- Regular paperwork checks and applicant status reminders.
- Gathering CVs for reserve positions.
- Soliciting backup candidates for those not selected by the employer.
