Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for implementing policies and programs on recruitment for an efficient sourcing, screening and placement of all manpower requirements within the organization.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives, checks completeness and validates information of Personnel Requisition (PR), Table of Organization (TO) and Job Description (JD) from requisitioning units.
- Sources qualified applicants through different channels (eg. talent bank, internet/newspaper ads, email blasts, referrals, head hunters, manpower agencies, job fairs, posters, leafleting and on – campus recruitment.
- Conducts resume screening to profile candidates for specific positions.
- Conducts initial interviews, occasionally administer and score proficient tests (Math, English, Computer Literacy, etc.) and prepare initial interview assessment.
